Buying a car in Chard

If financing for a car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

What to check before you buy

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Before your next car arrives

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Reach and distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Chard. The straight-line distance from our location in Toronto to Chard is about 2,606 km, and we deliver within about 250 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Shopping in Chard? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you are unsure whether we can help with Chard, ask; we answer plainly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
