Auto Loans in Chartwell, SC

Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

If you are looking for financing for a car, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Bridging the gap

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.
