Auto Loans in Chester, SD

Before you buy in Chester

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

A buyer's checklist

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Before your next car arrives

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Our area

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Chester; we work from Toronto. By straight line Chester is about 1,414 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

For buying in Chester, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Chester if you like. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
