Buying a car in Crossgate

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Crossgate, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Rent it before you buy it

A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

A buyer's checklist

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

While you shop

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.

CarmaCars and Crossgate

Crossgate is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Crossgate lies about 809 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Need something in Crossgate? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
