Buying a car in Crowells Corner

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence.

A buyer's checklist

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

A car meanwhile

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Our area and Crowells Corner

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Crowells Corner is outside our area. With Crowells Corner about 559 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Still have a question about Crowells Corner? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
