Buying a car in Devils Cross Roads

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

Bridging the gap

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars is not in Devils Cross Roads. Our one location is in Toronto. We do not deliver as far as Devils Cross Roads, about 1,070 km from our location in Toronto.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. A request about Devils Cross Roads gets an honest answer from a person. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
