Buying a car in Echo Bay

Here is the honest answer for buyers: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Questions to ask

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Before your next car arrives

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.
