Buying a car in Eleva

Shopping for a car in Eleva? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

A test drive that lasts

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

What to check before you buy

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

A car meanwhile

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Where we deliver

There is no CarmaCars location in Eleva; everything we do starts in Toronto. We deliver within about 80 km of Toronto. Eleva, about 970 km away, is beyond that.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
