Auto Loans in Elgin

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

Before you sign

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit.

Between cars

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing.

Where we work

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Elgin. We do not deliver as far as Elgin, about 1,018 km from our location in Toronto.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Shopping in Elgin? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Need something in Elgin? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
