Shopping for a car in Forada

If you are looking for financing for a car, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Buying smart in Ontario

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose.

A car meanwhile

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Forada is outside our area. About 1,288 km in a straight line separate Forada from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

For buying in Forada, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Tell us what you need in Forada, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
