Auto Loans in Fords, VA

Shopping for a car in Fords

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Buying smart in Ontario

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Bridging the gap

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Fords, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Send a request with what you need in Fords, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
