Shopping for a car in Foster

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Bridging the gap

There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Honest about distance

CarmaCars works from Toronto. There is no CarmaCars branch in Foster. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Foster, about 563 km away, is beyond that.

For buying in Foster, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Send a request about Foster, and we reply with a clear yes or no. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
