Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

If financing for a car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Try it for a week first

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Questions to ask

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Bridging the gap

Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.

Before you plan

Plainly: we do not have a location in Grayton. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. About 333 km from our location in Toronto, Grayton is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

Shopping in Grayton? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. If you are unsure whether we can help with Grayton, ask; we answer plainly. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
