Buying a car in Hayes

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

While you shop

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Our area and Hayes

We are based in Toronto; Hayes is not somewhere we have a location. At roughly 1,735 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, Hayes is outside our delivery area.

Shopping in Hayes? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Ask us about Hayes in a request; a person answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Next step

Send a request to rent the model first, or ask us what we can do.
