Buying a car in Hill

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. We are not a dealership, and we do not arrange loans or leases. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

A test drive that lasts

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Before you sign

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

While you shop

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Our area and Hill

We are based in Toronto; Hill is not somewhere we have a location. Hill is about 1,935 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 80 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Unsure? Send a request about Hill, and we answer plainly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Ready when you are
