Buying a car in Irene

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Drive it like you own it

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Before you sign

Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

Bridging the gap

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
