Auto Loans in Laurel

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

What to check before you buy

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

Bridging the gap

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
