Shopping for a car in Levelock

If you are looking for financing for a car, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Questions to ask

Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts.

Between cars

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Before you plan

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Levelock. By straight line Levelock is about 5,303 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Tell us what you need in Levelock, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
