Buying a car in Longdraft

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence.

Checks worth doing

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Bridging the gap

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking.
