Auto Loans in Lougheed, AB

Before you buy in Lougheed

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Drive it like you own it

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Checks worth doing

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.
