Auto Loans in Maud

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

Questions to ask

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose.

Bridging the gap

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking.

What we cover

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Maud. Maud lies about 1,166 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Questions about Maud? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
