Shopping for a car in Metepec

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Questions to ask

For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

While you shop

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Renting from Toronto

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Metepec. Delivery covers about 250 km around Toronto; Metepec is about 3,317 km away.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Send a request with what you need in Metepec, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

One more step

Tell us the model and the dates, and we reply with an offer.
