Auto Loans in Minnetex, Houston

Before you buy in Minnetex

Shopping for a car in Minnetex? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

Checks worth doing

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Between cars

Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.

Where we are
