Shopping for a car in Mint Spring

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Drive it like you own it

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Before you sign

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

While you shop

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
