Buying a car in Mongo

We do not sell or finance cars. We rent them, by the day, the week or the month. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

A test drive that lasts

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Checks worth doing

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Before your next car arrives

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing.
