Shopping for a car in Mound

Shopping for a car in Mound? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer.

Before you sign

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

CarmaCars and Mound

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Mound. By straight line Mound is about 1,378 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Mound if you like. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
