Buying a car in Mountain Ranch

Here is the honest answer for buyers: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Drive it like you own it

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

A buyer's checklist

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

Between cars

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.

For buying in Mountain Ranch, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there.
