Auto Loans in Mountjoy

Buying a car in Mountjoy

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Questions to ask

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

Between cars

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.
