Auto Loans for Murdock

If you are looking for financing for a car, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

A test drive that lasts

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

What to check before you buy

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

Between cars

Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing.

Our area, and Murdock

There is no CarmaCars location in Murdock; everything we do starts in Toronto. Murdock is about 1,880 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

For buying in Murdock, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you want to check something for Murdock, send a request; a person replies honestly. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
