Auto Loans in Nelson, MD

Before you buy in Nelson

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Checks worth doing

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Before your next car arrives

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

Our area

We do not have a location in Nelson; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 608 km, Nelson is outside that.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Shopping in Nelson? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Ask us about Nelson in a request; a person answers honestly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
