Auto Loans in Nelson
We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.
Why rent first
A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.
Checks worth doing
Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car.
While you shop
A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
