Buying a car in Picacho

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Rent it before you buy it

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Before you sign

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Bridging the gap

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.

Where we work

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Picacho; we work from Toronto. Picacho lies about 3,236 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Picacho, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. For anything about Picacho, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
