Auto Loans in Podunk, NY

Before you buy in Podunk

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

A buyer's checklist

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

While you shop

There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.
