Buying a car in Pratt

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

A test drive that lasts

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Questions to ask

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

Before your next car arrives

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking.

Before you plan around us

There is no CarmaCars location in Pratt; everything we do starts in Toronto. About 1,112 km separate our location in Toronto and Pratt, far past our 250 km delivery area.
