Auto Loans in Pride, KY

Before you buy in Pride

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Why rent first

Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Questions to ask

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

While you shop

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.
