Shopping for a car in Proctor

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

A test drive that lasts

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer.

Buying smart in Ontario

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Between cars

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing.

Our area and Proctor

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Proctor; we work from Toronto. From our location in Toronto, Proctor is about 1,066 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 250 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. For buying in Proctor, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Tell us what you need in Proctor, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
