Buying a car in Randwick

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. We deliver rental cars to Randwick, so the test can start at your door.

What to check before you buy

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

While you shop

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
