Buying a car in Rossmount

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Our cars reach Rossmount by delivery, or you collect one from us in Toronto for free.

Before you sign

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.
