Buying a car in Rushmore

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

Between cars

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.
