Shopping for a car in Saint Peter

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Questions to ask

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
