Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

Auto Loans in Schuler: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

A test drive that lasts

Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Before you sign

Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

A car meanwhile

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.
