Auto Loans in Scranton, MN

Shopping for a car in Scranton

If financing for a car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Checks worth doing

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

Between cars

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels.
