Auto Loans for Scranton

Shopping for a car in Scranton? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.

Questions to ask

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up.

Before your next car arrives

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.

Before you plan
