Buying a car in Seabright

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Checks worth doing

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

A car meanwhile

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.

What CarmaCars covers

We are based in Toronto; Seabright is not somewhere we have a location. Seabright lies about 3,657 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Seabright, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Ask us about Seabright in a request; a person answers honestly. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

When you know your dates

Rent it for a week, then decide: send a request with your dates.
