Buying a car in Stokes

Shopping for a car in Stokes? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Rent it before you buy it

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

Buying smart in Ontario

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Bridging the gap

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned.
