Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

Auto Loans in Stonebrook: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Before you sign

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Between cars

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
