Auto Loans in Summit, VT

Before you buy in Summit

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Drive it like you own it

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Questions to ask

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit.

Before your next car arrives

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.
