Buying a car in Sumner

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Sumner, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

Buying smart in Ontario

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

A car meanwhile

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

Where CarmaCars works

Plainly: we do not have a location in Sumner. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. Sumner lies about 2,267 km from central Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 80 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Ask us about Sumner in a request; a person answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
