Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

What to check before you buy

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

Between cars

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.
