Shopping for a car in Webb

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Buying smart in Ontario

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Before your next car arrives

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Webb is outside the area we serve. Measured in a straight line, Webb is about 1,486 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Shopping in Webb? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. A request about Webb gets an honest answer from a person. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
